Review # 2 was written on 2020-09-10 00:00:00 Michael Friend I don't usually write reviews, especially for quick read coffee table books like this. But I felt that this one deserved an explanation of my 2 star rating. I picked this out from a pile of books someone just gave me, and read it in less than 10 minutes. 5 stars for matching inspirational quotes to beautiful vivid pictures that match the quote well. 1 Star for the title of the book having absolutely nothing to do with the book. This is barely a book about women and cats (and forget the part about women and cats doing what they Please). Instead, it's a book of inspirational quotes - with way too many written by men (for a book supposedly about women). There are several pictures of women with cats, but as far as the title goes - that's the only connection. If you want a good book of inspirational quotes, this book will do. If you want a book of pretty, colorful cat photographs, this book will do. If you want a book that is actually about women and cats - then look elsewhere.
