Well, this volume introduces Lance Corporal Dororo and his ninja partner Koyuki - and I must say, as a big fan of the anime, I'm a little disappointed. Specifically, in the anime, Natsumi and Koyuki seem to have a big-sister-little-sister-type relationship (with Koyuki looking up to Natsumi), whereas in the manga, it's more of a creepy obsession. Despite this disappointment in characterization, I did enjoy this chapter - the part with Gesu-chan the seal was both funny and creepy at the same time. I'll just leave on final message - you WILL feel sad for Dororo at the flashback part. But you'll probably laugh at it, too. Schadenfreude FTW.

Good fight with Baltro and we finally get to see Zatch's twin brother but we also get some comedic moments with Kiyo trying to keep his promises to his friends before leaving for England.
