Review # 1 was written on 2015-06-21 00:00:00 Damien Domiani Good info on preparing and owning a german shepherd. Though I think the training methods are a little over the top soft. I definitely agree you should never hurt your dog, this book argues you should not say 'no' but instead 'eh!' because 'no' would be a personal punishment. I do not think the dog will not know the difference. For all she cares you could say 'Hawaii" to correct her, as long as you're consistent, clear and fair. What's important is that you should not get mad or emotional, just correct the dog. It would be more helpful to state that.
