A book I loved in simplier times. World: The art is beautiful, it's not fully developed into what this series is known fo yet but there are snatched and hints of it. The character expressions and the interactions and personalities are beautiful. The world building is as much as needed for the story to progress, this is a long manga so at this point in time it was still finding it's feet and the large cosmic rules was still being developed. Story: This arc was one of the first to have a larger arc than previous books, where those were mostly one and done or two parters, here we have a long arc and it's fun. The story is basic the gender and roles was much more from a bygone era when this was okay. I see the issues now but tween me loved the beautiful slice of life story and the interactions and the bubbly basic romance and situations. The Terrible Master Urd story was interesting and as I said above was the first story with a larger story and built towards a larger world so it is fun and interesting. Characters: Keiichi is the archtype for a lot of manga male nerd characters and his good intentions and naive nature is on full display here. As is Belldandy which is the epitome of a 'girlfriend' manga character, it's basic and these archetypes comes from a long time ago when it was still beautiful to see a relationship like this, it has a soft spot in my heart. The sister are great and offer interesting chemistry and banter and zany situations to give this slice of life book character. I love this series for it's nostalgia, it's a bit dated but yeah it's still pretty great. Onward to the next book!

One of the great manga series that makes me laugh. Talk about more problems for the happy couple Bellandy older sister and younger sister pay her visit when she making homemade chocolate for the one she loves for Valentines day. It is going to be a lot of trouble and messes in this volume. A must read.
