Review # 1 was written on 2018-09-29 00:00:00 Angela Nato It's fine. The dishes are reasonably tasty. Although the measurements used are often weird. Why would you measure things like red bell peppers or garlic in cups and tablespoons, instead of a number of red bell peppers or cloves of garlic? It's particularly odd in a book meant to be a beginner's guide. |
Review # 2 was written on 2017-11-02 00:00:00 John Filla This book has a good staple of recipes to get started on the Vegan diet. I don't care for the high use of tofu and other soy products in the recipes. However, overtime I have leaned to use coconut milk, coconut meat and/or coconut yogurt instead of the soy products. |
