Review # 1 was written on 2011-07-26 00:00:00 Jimmy Bell Jr Basic information for large corporations where HR meets Corporate Communications. In the book, few times it was brought up about the "hierarchy" of these two departments. I personally think it shouldn't be an issue at all because they should be separate in the first place. That's all.
