Review # 2 was written on 2011-03-18 00:00:00 Darrold Moody Five stars for content. Jill Manning is an LDS author, but she did not write this book speaking from an LDS "pornography is morally wrong" or "don't look at porn because you're not supposed to" point of view. Rather, she focuses on how pornography damages individuals, families and society and backs it up with what the research shows and what she's seen as a marriage and family therapist. The book is meant to inform youth and teenagers of the truth about pornography and its consequences in a very straightforward way. I bought this book and it will be required reading for my kids as they enter the teen years. In the meantime, I will refer to it as I teach my older kids about internet safety and healthy sexuality. (How did we get to this age so fast?! They were just babies . . . )
