Review # 1 was written on 2008-01-06 00:00:00 Saber Saad My daughter surprised me with an autographed copy of this book. She snuck and got John Uglesich to sign it during our last visit to this fabulous New Orleans restaurant. The book actually is a little clunky - and I'd rather eat in the restaurant than cook the food myself. If the truth be known, it's probably best you never see the ingredients so you can simply be clueless in your calorie consumption. However, I get requests to remake the incredible Shrimp and Grits in Cream Sauce.
