Review # 1 was written on 2009-12-14 00:00:00 Gene Lewis I appreciated learning about each choreographer's creative process and history, otherwise this book was kind of dull. Maybe the editing just wasn't that strong? That incredible cover photo of Gregory Hines drew me in initially. |
Review # 2 was written on 2013-12-14 00:00:00 Perry Tollefson Rose Eichenbaum has created a unique collection of choreographer portraits and interviews. While the interviews are a little light on content, the quantity and quality of interviewees is very impressive, and the portraits are tailored to each artist's personality. A great coffeetable book. |
