Review # 1 was written on 2018-08-07 00:00:00 Luke Scioscio I love the excellent pictures, easy recipes and simple instructions in this book. It made reading a cook book fun.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-06-11 00:00:00 Graham Hoffner This is a good book for very beginning cooks. She gives a lot of basic instruction, and kitchen guidance. I thought she could have included more recipes and a little less general guidance, or tips within the recipes. She does include nutritional information, which is great. And the desert section is particularly strong. But with no pictures, there are other books out there that cover the same territory better. I think that her site would be worth checking out.
