I bought this book from the author herself at the Chicago Lit Fest in June of '18, and I must say it was pretty good. Although it was non-fiction, it sort of read like a novel, and at the same time, a collection of short stories. The author, in between telling the reader, mostly in comical terms, about each on-line dating adventure (the short story aspect), she describes somewhat, the story of her life (the novel aspect), which was actually quite interesting. What is remarkable is how she is able to do all that within 185 pages, yet nothing seems left unfinished. This book is good read for sure.

My daughter gave me this book for Christmas. When I opened it, I immediately burst out laughing. What was she trying to tell me? I initially thought this was a how to internet date book for the over 50 crowd. While the author does spend a chapter talking about creating profiles, this book is really about her personal internet dating experience with a few pointers thrown in here and there. As a young widow myself, I really appreciated her honesty in discussing the difficulty in moving on to new relationships, dealing with grief and loneliness.
