Review # 1 was written on 2008-03-23 00:00:00 Leslie Manes I picked up this book because I enjoy doing campfire cooking, but I've yet to read a recipe. What I have been reading is the history & stories around the cowboy cooks, the chuck wagons and the changes that came with canned foods, barbed wire, etc. I find it really fascinating.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-07-15 00:00:00 Anthony Beck Really enjoyed these recipes which were mostly from B & Bs throughout the west. Will definitely try some of these recipes, especially the Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix!
