Review # 1 was written on 2009-10-23 00:00:00 Marco Deyasi Truly, truly at the very top of a large breast shaped mountain of my guilty reads, I don't even know if I'll leave this on here, that guilty. It's a Japanese manga set at an academy, i.e. high-school, where a shy every-guy, Densuke, ends up joining Eiken club, an all girl club where most of the girls have giant boobs. There is one girl he is particularly sweet on, the shy, yet of course busty, Chiharu. He first meets her by tripping accidentally (funny how that happens) and landing on her for a really good feel of her boobs. There are plenty of panty shots. Really, the groping and pin-up shots are basically what the plot revolves around. If you don't know manga don't judge it on this. It would be like dismissing all of English culture on the basis of Benny Hill and the Carry On films. And yet it is on my guilty pleasures. It has something to do with its sweet infantile tone, and the 'naughty' lowbrow humour. That and the schoolgirl outfits. I ain't proud, but it is on my bookshelf. (Oh and Komoe, the 6th grader, with super-enormous breasts, is gross and disturbing in that way that only Japanese manga can achieve for me - something about a cross-cultural clash of taboos.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-10-19 00:00:00 Darrell James Oppai!!! Yeah I admit it I love absurdly large breasts. I watched the Eiken anime many years ago and anyone familiar with it knows that it's absolutely ridiculous in its innuendo and even more so with the the characters cup sizes. This is a fan service series however there is no nudity in the manga or anime. The manga seams largely toned down from the anime so it's not as bad however it's not fantastic either. Since it was never fully translated I'll likely not read anymore but it did settle my curiosity and provide a few chuckles.
