Review # 1 was written on 2013-01-10 00:00:00 George Hutchcraft This is my 7th of 8 books for SPHR re-cert credits, and did an admirable job of describing the steps for measuring ROI (Return on Investment) for HR programs and services. ROI is not an easy topic to explain, and generally brings groans when discussed in staff meetings, so this book will be a good tool in the future, as the principles will also apply to library programs.
