Review # 2 was written on 2013-02-11 00:00:00 Multiline Traders The 1001 suggestions are actually stories of how managers in many different organizations motivated and energized their associates. Too many of them were not practical. For example, one page described a company that had no titles, rules or formal chain of command. As a manager in a 55,000 associate company, it is hard to imagine implementing that. The best approach is to strip each suggestion down to a principle and see if it can be applied in your case. Fortunately, with 1001 ideas, there are enough applicable ideas to help keep things fresh at work.
