Review # 1 was written on 2013-02-02 00:00:00 Pam Neil (880 pages) This book has been next to my computer and bed for over a year. It has helped me figure out a lot of techniques that has brought me so far in web development. If you get this book I suggest you go head first into it from cover to cover and understand everything that is taught. I use to have a tough time with CSS but now it's a breeze, thanks mostly to this book.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-12-04 00:00:00 Nicholas Young Good introduction to Grails with all aspects of the system covered in some degree. It was written 5 years ago, and that's a lifetime in development years, so check for Grails updates elsewhere. Written by the founder of Grails who is currently a lead developer at SpringSource.
