Review # 1 was written on 2009-05-02 00:00:00 Keekose Mani This book tells the story of Easter in 10 one to two page installments. Colored end pages delineate separation of stories in a low key way, allowing parents to either read the entire book as one or divide as desired. We used this book this year in preparation for Easter. We liked the simple close to text wording of the stories, and the colorful illustrations. This is also a high durability text, hardcover with stiff, cardboard pages. The shorter story option and durability make this a good book for the youngest of children and I would recommend it for ages 1-4. I'm not sure we would want an entire Bible like this, the durability factor prohibits a longer text, but I found it useful in preparation for Lent/ Easter and would be interested in an Advent/ Christmas version as well.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-03-06 00:00:00 Robert Stevens Best realistic illustrations in a Christmas book!! But the text was bland and weird.
