Review # 2 was written on 2020-02-20 00:00:00 Arlin Buckley I read the book after taking a class based on the technique, which class I enjoyed a lot. It's a very down to earth, no frills take on acting, based on practical introspection and self-observation without navel gazing. The premise is that you need to know your own psychological and physical limitations and then work on them in order to become an efficient actor. Obviously, this approach is useful beyond stage acting.
