Review # 1 was written on 2012-02-17 00:00:00 David Snapp Some of the most unlikeable characters I've ever had the displeasure of spending time with. The play encapsulates everything that drives me insane about the City--the indulgence of neuroses, the consummate self-love, the sense of thwarted promise just underneath the surface of many intelligent women of a certain age, attention to appearances, and slavish attention to real estate prices. Perhaps it plays better, but I don't know why anyone would even want to mount it after reading the script.
