Review # 1 was written on 2012-07-31 00:00:00 Linda Hilker Good introduction of the hospice philosophy and the notion that our society seems to have forgotten-- death is something that will happen to all of us, and however much it hurts to lose a loved one, we can get to the other side of our grief and integrate the loss in our lives. I'll be using this resource in my hospice work!

Review # 2 was written on 2017-01-07 00:00:00 Gentry Barolet This was a great book for those wanting to volunteer with Hospice (which I'm currently training for) or if you just want to know more about Hospice. Well written and very insightful. Chapt. 8 has a great letter written by a hospice patient that is very helpful to those going through the dying experience with a loved one or to those who volunteer. Great book!
