I like that she has recipes for all skill levels and is completely upfront about some of them being hard to master. I also appreciate she put more easy recipes in then hard ones. I found her tips to be very detailed, but hopefully super helpful once I actually get around to making some of these.

A treasure of elegant desserts that will impress anybody, just by looking at them, never mind eating them. Important information about tools, different terms and other tips are included along with very high color photos. Recipes are broken up into sections, getting ingredients together, sometimes ahead of time to get them to room temperature, all the tools you will need and very easy to follow step by step by step by step instructions. No nutritional information. Carrot cakes would be my favorite to try with some ingredient substations as we eat a lot healthier now. Perfect treats for all events in one's life.
