Review # 1 was written on 2015-01-05 00:00:00 Tim Hawes "To know you have IBS is not to know what's wrong, but to know what isn't wrong."This is the best lesson this book reminded me. It's the sixth (and shortest) book on IBS I have. Though it's not the best book on the subject, it's the one I recommend for people who want an introductory. It's concise yet precise; and the author is a nutritionist and a biochemist so he knows what he's talking about.
