Review # 1 was written on 2019-01-10 00:00:00 Jose Alberto Portilla Martinez Very well thought out and well-researched book. Each style was clear and easy to understand, and the progression of these churches throughout time was explained well too. Definitely recommend to those interested in understanding even just general religious architecture, but especially in a rural context, this was intriguing.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-10-15 00:00:00 Richard Binion It's a little hard to follow, up until WW1, then it gets very clear and very helpful. My favorite of the three histories of Belgium I've read.
