I especially appreciated (and agreed) with his discussion on the difference between "allowing to die" and euthanasia, and that Christians should not be afraid of the former: "Biblically rooted theism provides us with the conviction that God, the absolute source and sustainer of our being and our Redeemer, does not abandon us in death" pg. 78
