Review # 2 was written on 2012-07-19 00:00:00 Alex Reeder When I am Queen I will decree that this book be brought back into print and a copy given to every schoolchild in the country and never mind the budget deficit. It's an exciting, humorous sci-fi/fantasy adventure with a female lead, quirky sidekicks, scary baddies, and a nice, understated environmental message to boot, and it's just as entertaining *ahem* years later as it was when I first read it as a child.
