Review # 1 was written on 2020-06-08 00:00:00 Barbara Rittiman This was the first appetizer/small bite cookbooks I bought. and I used the table of contents as a rule of thumb for customers when planning parties with them (meats, veggies, sweets, desserts: always a balance even for appetizers) over the span of my 25+ years of catering. As with any of these author�s books, you know the recipes are going to work for any cook who can follow directions.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-02-20 00:00:00 Kevin Mcgeough The traditional dinner party is skipped in this work. It does contain an excellent selection of small dish foods or tapas covering a variety of cuisines and could be useful for a cocktail event.
