Review # 2 was written on 2019-07-21 00:00:00 Ryan West This book had some good information about the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World and it also contained a lot of other history about things relating to the wonder. For example, the chapter about the Statue of Zeus also talks about Greek culture, the first Olympics and other shrines and statues such as Buddha which were built for the same reasons as the Statue of Zeus. In some sections they tied in modern architecture with the ancient, including The Statue of Liberty and the Sydney Opera House.
