Review # 1 was written on 2012-12-25 00:00:00 Jeremy Ruiz I did try, as much as I could, to take this book seriously, buuuuuut. It was a joke for me. do not see how anyone could believe anything that Elijah Muhammad wrote in this volume. I wasted several hour reading time here.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-06-09 00:00:00 Martin Beyeler This is the book that everyone should read if you want the best of health and a long life. This book doesn't talk about fad diets. This is about a lifestyle. I live what's taught in it and found everything to be 100% correct. Todays scientists have also proven what's contained therin. Eat to live and not to die!
