Review # 1 was written on 2011-04-10 00:00:00 Jon Gordon Sam is a a mouse who dreams of being out at sea. One day he begins to build a boat to start his sea adventure. His family and friends thought he was crazy for going to sea. This story was a good and one I would use in my class for showing students it is okay to have a dream or goal and chase after it. Sam had a dream of being at sea and in time accomplished and chased his dream.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-06-01 00:00:00 Elijah Hodges Miguel is consumed by fear during a field trip in the jungle, startled at everything that moves, especially the birds. His teacher tries to help him through his fears, but it's the eagle who helps him the most. The text is long and the teacher character is preachy. There are well-detailed watercolors of birds of the Philippines, however.
