I have used on a regular basis to assist the veteran community apply for employment within the Federal sector. This book takes the confusion out of the application process and provides outstanding examples for of the Federal resume format and KSA essays, two main areas that most individuals struggle with. In addition to the book, I also refer to Kathryn's web site often to review the videos along with the material provided in the book. Her web site includes free builder tools for the resume, KSA's and cover letter. She covers ALL of the bases. If you are serious about working in Federal guide, this is a must read book.
