Great Love is an insightful study guide for guys of all ages--not just teens. It offers insightful commentary on biblical passages, challenges guys to pray twice a day, and reflect on our issues and ways on how to handle it. Yeah, it sounds simple, but sometimes, we need a reminder or two on how to fight for God's plan. It is split into four weekly studies. The first week is about how to stay away from temptation. However, I feel like this is the weakest part because it exclusively quotes Proverbs 7. It's a good passage to study, but there are other passages in the Bible about sexual temptation that they could have used. It got repetitive, and I didn't feel like I learned anything after the second day. Part two goes more in depth on how to avoid sexual temptations by displaying what God calls guys to do. Part three covers how guys are called to date, but it wasn't really detailed. It left guys to interpret how to go about dating correctly. Other than "date a Christian girl that acts Christian," I didn't get much out of this part. Part four surprised me--it discussed how Christians are suppose to treat homosexuals. It supports my stance on the subject, and for those who are still trying to figure out how to feel about the LGBT community, this is a good resource to look at. Its claims are biblical, and they quote Scripture. It may make some people mad, but the insightfulness of the book is undeniable. Overall, pretty good but not great. There are some great things to take away for guys. After all, guys are very confused about how we're suppose to think about sex in our culture, and this book makes us reflect on Scripture and challenges us to be better, offering good tips and strategies.

This book is for ministry wives, new in the ministry. Not for old soldiers.A good tool book for new women in the ministry. It has it's ups and downs but overall the writer is sharing how the work is about the people and how not to run on empty tank. She made it sound so easy to live with critic but thank God that our sufficiency is in Christ Jesus!!!
