Review # 1 was written on 2012-09-12 00:00:00 Robert Richelson This is an awesome little book with beautiful and colorful pictures made for children six and up. At 32 pages, it combines a one-sentence explanation that goes with each picture on every page. It starts off in the country with a dirt path winding through fields and forest. Rich shades of brown, crisp greens, buttery yellows, and muted oranges and reds draw the eye to the designs. Pay close attention to the illustrations, the animals are a hoot! This book would be wonderful for teachers, parents of homeschoolers or a grandparent wanting to teach young ones about gardening. This is one of many nature books published by Creative Editions.
