Review # 1 was written on 2012-12-16 00:00:00 John McVay One of the best books on the underlying order of Magik ever written. A must-read for all of those who are serious about using Magik to better their lives. |
Review # 2 was written on 2015-07-23 00:00:00 Bhargav Gajjar Sennitt's Nox and Liber Koth provides a random collection of essays from a variety of occult sources. A few are on the more extreme and unseemly (Order of Nine Angles, Order of the Werewolf) and a few are a bit silly. What struck me here was the oft repeating theme of Cthulhu mythos. I was starting to wonder what I had missed, as so many of these authors referenced Lovecraft mythos it felt like fan fiction. I was thankful for Sennitt's essay in Liber Koth which explained, very well, the method to the madness. This book serves as a short tour guide to a smattering of extremes. While it feels somewhat unnecessary it was just interesting enough. |
