Good book - gives helpful tips to families with both partners working when they have children. Its aimed more at both partners being full time but does cover those that have part-time or flexi-time arrangements. It talks about the difficulties of two income families from men and women's points of views. It also reinforces that children are going to have issues whether or not the "mum" or one parent is not at home 100%. It talks about finding time for your partner and for yourself, which all of us can relate to anyway. Only problem is its 10 years old, so some of it is a little dated, and its American too... but I was able to 'translate' or overlook based on what more likely happens today. I read it as I'm approaching giving up my job due to having a baby and just wondering what type of working arrangement Im going to want in the future

[Especially the truth about Darlington Blade was a great surprise, as the character wouldn't have been possible by the AD&D rules. (hide spoiler)]
