Review # 1 was written on 2016-02-03 00:00:00 Jodi M East Great overall reference. Most of the springs are accurately described. Due to forest fires over the last 2 years throughout the Cascade, Sawtooth & Bitterroot Ranges, it is advised to check with local sources about the condition or access to many of the springs, particularly in Idaho. |
Review # 2 was written on 2018-01-04 00:00:00 William Bartlett A slim read, but useful and perfect for its intended use. We've really enjoyed our hikes along the trails mentioned here, and they've often helped us be on the lookout for interesting features (like the peregrine falcons at the top of Hawksbill). I'd definitely consider using other editions of this book for other parks or trails. |
