We just finished an epic adventure of eleven weeks over three years tracing the route of Lewis and Clark. Jeeping the Lolo Motorway was the final segment to end such an educational and inspirational experience. This guide book was very comprehensive in following the trail today, while enhancing the adventure with historical data from the journals. I will never forget standing at the source of the Missouri River on Lemhi Pass. Heartfelt thanks to the author!! Fourth Edition.
