Review # 2 was written on 2014-04-28 00:00:00 Mark Wd Thompson Some redundancy, possibly due to editing oversights. A wealth of ideas for approaching problems from diverse areas of the field. Some of the group ideas may not be the best depending on what type of group you have and how much physical contact is allowed. Seems to jump from idea to idea without much introduction. Worth a skim, probably good as a reference.
