Review # 1 was written on 2014-06-10 00:00:00 Ronald Chmiel The look of this book is great, and captures the zine-like qualities of the original Loompanics catalogs, which were a goldmine in the pre-web days. The articles themselves are incredibly dated. They probably were back in 1990 when this was first published, but they are even more so now. Maybe 1 in 4 are still relevant, but they're all interesting from a historical standpoint. This has been long out of print, but there are used copies floating around. If you can grab one for ten bucks (not hard to do) it's well worth the price for the great layout and to peer back at this stuff.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-02-20 00:00:00 Rob Pienta This was largely a disappointment. There are a few decent articles scattered throughout but for the most part the writing is lackluster. Many of the articles are pushing 30 years old and have not aged well at all.
