Review # 1 was written on 2012-12-20 00:00:00 Mitra Conroy This book was interesting. It made me look deeper into the history of my ancestors from Kush. It helped me to further understand how long our people in Nubia/Sudan have been under siege by waves of asiatic invaders, and this includes the rulers of "Kemet" who destroyed Kerman civilization.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-01-04 00:00:00 Sarah Winters Fairly scholarly, and maybe a bit much for a casual reader, but a good treatment of the subject (unfortunately, unlike ancient Egypt, there aren't a lot of good books on the Meroitic civilization for the lay reader). It's rekindled my interest in visiting!
