I personally prefer the diary parts of it. It feels a little unfinished to me, as throughout it, she hints to a huge drama in her family and it's clear that she has bitter feelings toward her sister-in-law, that she pretty openly talks about, but then never says what happened. I'm not saying I want her to air her family's dirty laundry, but either be a total saint (which is how I think she'd like to be perceived) and leave it out all together, or just say what it is. |
