Review # 1 was written on 2011-06-01 00:00:00 Val Dickerson As always, Bill Jamison and Cheryl Alters Jamison write with pizzazz and power. Their recipes are well thought out with many contributed or adapted from cooks and chefs around the country. I love the history that is in their books. The background they provide is great for conversation and helps you to appreciate the dishes more. What a great book. Got it used but would it would have been well worth the new price. I will be on the lookout for more of their great books. Next up to buy is Smoke and Spice. |
