Review # 1 was written on 2008-04-15 00:00:00 Benjamin Beauregard I bought this for my father and he liked the easy recipes, especially the seasoning ideas for baked chicken and fish. I bought a copy for myself and also appreciate this cookbook's simplicity. Most of the recipes have 5 ingredients, making this truly a 15-minute meal book. As I prepare to move and edit my cookbook collection, this (and a few others reviewed) are on the short list of cookbooks that made the cut.
