Avoir des recettes japonaises est bien, avoir l'accompagnement culturel est encore mieux, c'est tout du moins mon point de vue ne pouvant séparer cuisine de culture (et de plaisir non plus bien évidemment)

Among my favourites are the brown stew fish and beef, patties, savoury and sweet cornbreads, banana muffins, festival, coconut cookies, sweet potato pone...... Although this book has no photos, the ingredients are easily accessable and instructions are simple. I get delicious food every time so this book remains one of my favourites and I have DOZENS of cookbooks!!!
