Review # 1 was written on 2018-05-17 00:00:00 Andrew Free I'm a sucker for good anthologies! A bunch of good plays in one book, what's not to love. This was assigned as a textbook my first year at college, it was the only one I didn't sell back to the bookstore.

Review # 2 was written on 2011-07-28 00:00:00 Eron Allen I used this while teaching literature and writing at the Naval Academy Preparatory School. It was a treat to have a new text which broadened our reading choices. One of my majors in college was Speech and Drama, and it was nice to see some old friends as well as newer plays. It is not a perfect text, some of the essays are a little behind cultural advances, but it has a wide variety of plays and was a pleasure to have as a resource.
