Review # 1 was written on 2010-01-05 00:00:00 Jamie Bailey There is just something about the cadence in the poems in this book that captures my attention. Something hidden that puts a rhythm in motion. It's easy, but forceful. Soothing, but disturbing. I like it. I also just love the way Trowbridge turns a phrase. It seems familiar, yet oddly and wonderfully chosen. It makes for enthralling poems.
