"Mine was a route dominated by the automobile, many of which tore by fast enough to keep me ever alert against sudden vehicular death. Each day the narrow Jamacaway thoroughfare, which ran parallel to my path, carried thousands of commuters maniacally charging in and out of the city, headless of pedestrians and other terrain dwellers." Despite having read this with my own two eyes, I lasted through the second chapter. It's not for me.
