This book is only 77 pp., but it presents a lot of helpful information in a short space. I heard Mark LeBlanc talk back in 1998, and I was deeply impressed by what he had to say. Perhaps the most useful part of the book is the section on creating a "defining statement."

A simple read with powerful action steps. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to simplify their business.
