Review # 1 was written on 2014-08-25 00:00:00 Larry Hurst The author would profit immensely from having an editor vet his ramblings. A certain semblance of truth pervades McGinley's work, but without the sort of systematic presentation he edges towards in The God with Moral Fault no responsible evaluation of his arguments is possible. |
Review # 2 was written on 2015-12-08 00:00:00 Ryan Ladouceur This book is a brilliant review of documents that mention "Messiah" from the second century BC to the second century AD (before and after Jesus). It shares ideas held by various sects (Qumran community, Pharisees, Christians, etc) on the concepts of what and who relating to the Messiah. This book was for the most part a good read, and held my interest. |
