Review # 1 was written on 2017-10-03 00:00:00 Nancy Hallett [by having the male protagonist simply confess that, far from being a criminal, he is part of a governmental covert agency who is monitoring possible Russian communications and/or missile threats in this strategically isolated and far flung British outpost -this is obviously in the deepest Cold War era- and he quite obviously didn't want to blow his cover to his nosey neighbour, whose own nosiness made her come under suspicion to him and his colleagues for being a potential Russian sleeper (hide spoiler)]

Review # 2 was written on 2021-05-20 00:00:00 Robert Huckleberry This was quite a memorable book due its vivid island descriptions. I enjoyed the creepy feel.
