Review # 2 was written on 2012-01-09 00:00:00 Rich Boi Second book in the Sex Gate series, a trilogy about a series of mysterious gates which have the power to renew and recreate ones body - but with one catch. The process changes one into the opposite sex. Everything make a 360 turn from the first book, and more of the overall story arc is revealed. New characters are introduced, old characters returns, sex and action abound, all leading up to the great reveal - the origin of the sex gates. Like the first book this title contains an interesting combination of sci-fi, social commentary and erotica. While I'm engrossed by the story, I do find the constant, and sometimes random, sex to be distracting, and indeed sometimes perhaps unnecessary. This book is far from being a must-read classic, but, like I said, I do find the story engrossing, and I can't wait to see where the next book leads.
